The genesis of this new firm is Esplins Solicitors which Stephen Rush and Phillip Esplin established in 1989. We were a results-oriented firm focused on commercial and corporate law, property law, taxation and duties, estate planning, commercial disputes, mediation and litigation. This focus continues today.

Stephen Rush has operated a successful legal practice for over 40 years and is respected by his clients and peers who value his understanding of complex legal issues and his commercial acumen. Stephen has a very wide range of clients from many and varied industries ranging from small business operators, and large commercial and property businesses to many and varied private clients. The variety of Stephen’s clients is a testament to his extensive skill set.

Stephen has worked closely with Lauren Wiltshire in property law for in excess of 20 years. Lauren is a licensed conveyancer and a “guru” with PEXA, the electronic conveyancing platform.
